A Novel Commission!!!

One of the coolest things that the Warlock gets to do as an artist is novel covers. I happened across a remarkable writer and musician, Steve Messenger and after talking for a bit I knew I wanted to do some work for him. Fortunately, he liked my stuff and this is the result.

The book's protagonist, Meridiana is a modern day succubus that has left her old life behind and is starting out fresh... obviously as a succubus, this has all kinds of interesting and fun implications!

For the cover I wanted to convey the sexy danger of the character, but still have her grounded... as the book has a very real, grounded feel to it. I also wanted a sense of mystery and fantasy as he are talking about a thing that visits men in their sleep for... well, read the book!!!
